Please review our policies to ensure a great stay

House Rules

Check Out Before 10:00 AM

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:

  • Empty refrigerators and dispose all perishable items
  • If the barbeque grill was used, scrape/clean barbeque grill grates, and install the cover
  • If the wood firepit was used, collect/bag cool ashes with household trash, and install the cover
  • Dispose all household trash to trash containers in parking lot
  • Load and start the dishwasher for all used dining and kitchen items
  • Return all used recreational equipment
  • Gather all used bedding and towels in a pile on the floor
  • Lower and secure patio umbrellas
  • Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
  • Close and lock all windows and doors

Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.

General Rules

  • No smoking or vaping inside the house or on the property grounds
  • No events, parties, or large gatherings
  • A maximum of 4 vehicles allowed on the premises
  • Dog friendly with a fee
  • We only permit only one medium, house-trained dog, subject to a $100 fee
  • We do not allow multiple dogs, or any other pet
  • Dogs are not allowed on the furniture
  • Promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste with household trash
  • Close patio umbrellas when not in use
  • Fire pit may only be used on the side yard
  • Must be at least 25 years old to book
  • Report any damages prior to check-out

Additional Rules for Off Season Bookings (Before June 28 and After August 28)

  • Must submit guest questionnaire within 48 hours of booking
  • Must submit images of government-issued identification no later than 48 hours before arrival
  • Host will meet guests at the start of the rental
