Amenities
☕ Coffee
- A variety of K-cups and sweeteners are available for guest use
- A drip coffee machine is also available
🛏️ Bedding
- There is a rollaway bed and portable crib in the upstairs closet, along with additional sheets, blankets and pillows
- At the end of your stay, please strip the used beds and leave sheets and used towels in a pile on the bedroom floors
🛁 Towels
- Bath towels are provided in the bathrooms
- Beach towels are provided in the living area closet
- At the end of your stay, please leave a pile of the used towels along with used bed sheets on the bedroom floors
🧽 Dishwasher
- At the end of your stay, please load and run the dishwasher for all used dining and kitchen items
- Please ensure all used kitchenware, dishware, pots/pans are clean prior to your departure
🧊 Refrigerators
- There is a full refrigerator in the kitchen, a beverage refrigerator in the living area, and a full freezer in the basement for guest use
- At the end of your stay, please make sure all refrigerators/freezers are completely empty
🍖 BBQ
- If the installed propane tank runs out, there is a spare tank in the basement
- If you used the gas grill during your stay, please scrape the grill clean, and restore the cover
🌡️ HVAC
- Both second-floor bedrooms have heat and central air conditioning. The thermostat for the second floor is in the Ship Room (north bedroom)
- The main floor thermostats are in the living areas and the first-floor bedroom suite. The main floor has heat, but not air conditioning. A portable air conditioner is in the main floor bedroom and is controlled locally
- There are fans in the closets
🔥 Firepit
- The firepit may only be used on the side yard (down the outdoor steps)
- Do not leave open flames unattended
- Extra chairs and supplies are available inside the basement double door
- Collect and bag cool ashes with household trash; restore the cover atop the fire pit
🎮 Games / Beach Gear / Bikes
- A variety of games are available in the living areas
- A variety of beach equipment and bicycles are available in the basement
- Please return all games & outdoor equipment for the next guest to enjoy
📺 Television & WIFI
- The living room has a 65-inch television and audio system
- You may use your streaming services, but please be sure to log out when you done with your rental
- We do not have a cable television connection
- Complimentary WIFI available
🗑️ Trash
- There are bins for recycling and trash on the edge of the driveway
- Trash pickups are on Wednesdays and recycling pickups are on Thursdays
- Please leave all trash and recycling in the respective bins at the end of your stay
